The short version
Townhome and house painting in Carol Stream, IL covers the village's planned neighborhoods and HOA communities, and our commercial crews handle offices and warehouses on the industrial east side. We paint interiors all year and exteriors from late April into October.
A planned village since 1959
Carol Stream was incorporated on January 5, 1959 by developer Jay Stream, who named it for his daughter Carol, and it had 39,854 residents at the 2020 census. His plan put homes in the western part of the village and light industry in the east, and today the village counts more than 20 million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space alongside its neighborhoods.
That mix means two kinds of work: townhome communities on a repaint cycle, and commercial buildings on a maintenance schedule.
