This policy explains how Call Tip Top handles information from phone calls with us and from visits to this website. It applies to our service office at 2319 Mecan Dr, Naperville, IL and our head office at 138 Industrial Drive, Gilberts, IL.
Information you give us by phone
When you call, we may note your name, phone number, address and the details of the job you describe, so we can schedule a visit, prepare an estimate and do the work. Your phone carrier and ours also record call details such as the time and number, as phone systems do.
Information this website collects
This website has no contact forms and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of our own. Like any website, the server that hosts it may keep standard logs, such as IP addresses, pages requested and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google. The office map loads from Google Maps only if you choose to open it. Those services handle data under their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use job information to schedule visits, prepare estimates, do the work, follow up on it and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
When a call is passed to another painter
On the rare day every crew is booked, we may pass your call to another painter in the area. If you agree, we share only what that painter needs to contact you about the job. They are a separate company and handle your information under their own policies.
Sharing with others
Beyond that, we share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as phone and scheduling systems, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices

Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes or businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
