The short version
Cabinet and trim painting in Steeple Run, Naperville update homes built mostly in the 1970s and early 1980s, when many kitchens and trim were stained wood. We paint cabinets, trim, doors and walls all year and exteriors in season, scheduled from our Mecan Drive office.
Split-levels, colonials and ranches from the 1970s
Steeple Run was built mainly in the 1970s and early 1980s and has roughly 700 homes across several phases. Most are single-family split-levels, colonials, ranches and traditional two-stories, with some attached townhomes, on lots of about a fifth to two-fifths of an acre, and an active HOA maintains the common grounds and amenities. Houses this age have been through several repaint cycles already, so careful prep and primer matter more than the color.
Homes from this era often still have original cabinets and trim, and painting them is one of the most visible updates you can make without a remodel.

Cabinet jobs are planned so the kitchen is out of use as briefly as possible, with doors sprayed off site where that helps. Exteriors and garage doors go on the outdoor calendar.
