The short version
Interior and cabinet painting in Knoch Knolls, Naperville cover larger homes with two-story rooms, big kitchens and a lot of trim. We paint interiors and cabinets all year and exteriors from late April into October, scheduled from our Mecan Drive office in south Naperville.
Larger homes at a bend of the river
Knoch Knolls has 423 homes on spacious lots, set between Knoch Knolls Park and the McDonald Farm, home of The Conservation Foundation, at a bend of the DuPage River. Spring Brook Elementary sits inside the subdivision, within walking distance of every home, and the neighborhood is named for the Knoch family, early landowners whose contributions shaped the area. Large lots and mature trees also mean shaded decks and siding on many of these homes.
Homes this size take setup as much as paint: ladders and planks for two-story rooms, and cabinet doors taken to the shop to finish flat.
