The short version
Interior painting in Woodridge, IL usually starts with drywall repair: nail pops, cracks over doors and old anchor holes, patched and primed so they disappear under the new coat. We paint interiors all year and exteriors in season, scheduled from our Mecan Drive office.
A young village on a ridge above the river
Woodridge was incorporated on August 24, 1959, with just 459 residents, on high ground above the DuPage River's East Branch, and most of its homes were built after the 1950s, many first bought with GI Bill loans. The Winston Hills subdivision opened in 1964, lifting the village to 5,300 people, and by the 2020 census the village had grown to 34,158 residents.
Houses from those decades have had time to settle, which shows up as nail pops along studs and cracks off the corners of doors and windows.
