The short version
Exterior painting in Romeoville, IL is mostly first-cycle work on homes built during the village's growth in the 1990s and 2000s: siding, trim, garage doors and fences. We paint from late April into October and handle interiors all year.
From 147 people to a fast-growing village
In 1950 Romeoville had about 46 homes and 147 people, and it went on to become one of the fastest-growing communities in Illinois through the 1990s and 2000s, reaching 39,863 residents at the 2020 census. The name dates to its 1895 incorporation, and its limestone is part of state history: the Illinois State Capitol in Springfield, unveiled in 1888, is built of Romeoville stone.
Homes from the boom years tend to need the same things at once: faded garage doors, chalky siding, peeling trim at the joints and fences that have gone gray.
