The short version
New home and interior painting in Yorkville, IL suit a fast-growing county seat with many newer homes. We repaint builder-white interiors, paint cabinets, stain decks and handle exteriors, scheduled from our Naperville office on Mecan Drive.
The Kendall County seat on both banks of the Fox
Yorkville has been the Kendall County seat since the county was formed in 1841. The United City of Yorkville was created in 1957, when Yorkville, on the south bank of the Fox River, and Bristol, to the north, consolidated. It had 21,533 residents at the 2020 census, up 27.3 percent from 2010, so many homes here are only a few years old.
Newer homes usually need first repaints rather than repairs: builder-white walls, two-story rooms and decks on their first stain.
